The family-run farm and its holiday apartments provide a beautiful setting for a quiet, unforgettable stay in Kastelruth in St. Valentin.

Welcome to our farm, 1.275 metres above sea level. Centrally but quietly located, these holiday apartments are only 4 km away from Kastelruth and Seis, at the foot of the Sciliar area and the famous Seiser Alm. Our farm is located on a quiet, sunny meadow next to a forest with direct access to the surrounding hiking trails. The farm also has 30 young cattle, as well as sheep, chickens, rabbits and our cats who love to be stroked.

Prices are for one apartment per day / 2 persons for stays longer than 5 days. For shorter stays, we charge an additional cleaning fee of € 60.00.
We charge an extra fee for each additional person in the apartment:

• Children up to 3 years: € 8
• From 3 - 8 years: € 10
• From 9 - 18 years: € 15
• Adults from 18 years: € 20
• For the apartment Sciliar: Adults + € 25

Dogs are welcome, we charge € 15 - € 20 per day for cleaning.

Services included:
All guests are given the South Tyrolean guest card. This ticket allows you to use all public transport free of charge.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand and kitchen towels, water, electricity, heating and final cleaning are included in the price. For a stay of less than 5 days we calculate a surcharge of € 60.
We will be happy to provide you with a cot and children's chair upon request.
All apartments have free Wi-Fi.
Our property also has a covered parking space for your car.
Arrival and departure:
On your day of arrival the apartments are available from 2 p.m.
On your day of departure, we must ask you to vacate your apartment by 9 a.m.
Winter extras:
In winter, the ski bus, which is only 350 m away, takes you to the cable car free of charge.
Terms and Conditions:
The booking becomes binding with the payment of a € 150 deposit and sending the booking confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the stay booked will be charged.
Our prices are in Euro for one apartment per day/ 2 persons. The legal tourist tax of € 2.50 p.p./day from 14 years will be added at the location.

Our farm

Our farm has 30 cattle and specialises in raising young cattle. We pay great attention to animal-friendly husbandry and would be pleased to show you around our cattle shed.
In addition to cattle breeding, we also farm 6 hectares of meadow, 9 hectares of pasture and 5 hectares of forest.
Living in harmony with nature is a matter for us as farmers, so our building and the hot water boiler are heated exclusively with wood pellets and solar energy.
Our daily tasks begin with feeding the animals in the morning. During the summer months, our meadows and alpine pastures must be maintained and mowed to produce fodder for the winter months. Our day ends with feeding the animals once again.
The farm offers plenty of space for your children to play at the playground, in the sandbox, with the animals or on the meadow.
During spring and autumn, with a little luck you can watch deer and their fawns at the edge of the forest or on the meadows.
We will be happy to give you a tour of the farm after arranging a date and time!


Our Products

What makes farm life special are the fresh, home-made products that nature and our garden provide us with. You are welcome to help yourself from the herb and vegetable patch and pick fresh salads depending on the season. You can also purchase our home-pickled vegetables and potatoes throughout the year or enjoy the taste of our sun-ripened fruits in our jams or syrups.
Our chickens provide us with eggs of the best quality, and we will be pleased to supply you with milk straight from the milking shed or oven-fresh pastries from the nearby bakery for your breakfast.
Of particular interest is our home-made herbal salt, providing your dishes with that special touch.

Location

Our family-run farm is located at 1,275 metres above sea level between the two villages of Kastelruth and Seis at the foot of the Seiser Alm. The building is situated on a large meadow surrounded by woods in a sunny and peaceful spot with direct view of the Sciliar mountain.

Directions

Highway A22 exit Klausen -> direction Waidbruck -> turn left towards Sciliar area -> roundabout first exit.

Continue along the main road in the direction of Kastelruth - Seiser Alm.

At the first roundabout take the first exit towards Seiser Alm -> after approx. 100 m turn left towards Seiser Alm - St. Valentin -> continue to the roadblock Forststation -> turn left directly at the Forststation -> approx. 1.5 km straight ahead to Parnoahof (signposted).

We would be pleased to arrange a pick-up service for your arrival and departure by public transport (train station, bus station from Kastelruth/Telfen/Seis).
